David C. Myles

Dr. Myles joined Olema Oncology in April 2008 as Executive Vice President, Drug Discovery and Development, to start medicinal chemistry efforts and was promoted to Chief Development Officer in 2020. Before that, he co-founded and served as Chief Operating Officer of Epiphany Biosciences, Inc. Previous positions include Executive Director of Chemistry at Kosan Biosciences, Inc.; Associate Director of Medical Chemistry at Chiron Corporation; and Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at the University of California, Los Angeles. Dr. Myles received a B.A. in chemistry from Occidental College and a Ph.D. in chemistry from Yale University. He was a National Institutes of Health (NIH) postdoctoral fellow at Harvard University.
