Ganesh Waghmare

Ganesh Waghmare, M.D., MPH, is an experienced professional in the field of drug safety and pharmacovigilance, currently serving as Vice President at Olema Oncology since May 2025. Previously, Ganesh held the position of Vice President and Executive Director of Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance at Biomea Fusion from February 2022 to May 2025. Additional notable roles include Senior Director of Drug Safety at Adamas Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Head of Safety Science and Pharmacovigilance at Arcus Biosciences.
