Tom Olenick is the Founder of Olenick. While under his leadership the company has realized 20+ years of growth and has become the largest US headquartered software quality specialist with four locations globally. The power of this philosophy has led Olenick to maintain long lasting client relationships. Tom spent his first 25 years in the trenches of software development as a programmer, analyst, DBA and project manager. Using his real world experience of developing, testing, and deploying mission critical business applications, he has developed and perfected an approach that brings the right people and processes to bear for successful projects.
