Esther Zdolec

Esther Zdolec has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Esther began their career at Ontario Lottery Corporation (now OLG) where they spent ten years in various roles, including as a Manager, Human Resources. Esther then joined Canada Life as a Director of Human Resources, where they played key roles in major acquisitions and culture change initiatives. Esther later worked at SNC-Lavalin Operations & Maintenance as a Senior Vice President of Human Resources, leading HR through a period of significant growth and change. Esther also held Senior Vice President roles at Candu Energy Inc., where they navigated post-merger integration challenges and developed new leadership cultures. Prior to their current role as the Senior Vice President of People and Culture at OLG, Esther held executive positions at Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation and Canadian Nuclear Laboratories, where they focused on organizational effectiveness and human resources.

Esther Zdolec has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Labour-Management Relations from the University of Toronto. In 2010, they received training in Co-active Coaching from the Coaches Training Institute. Esther is currently pursuing a Master of Human Resources Management (MHRM) degree at York University, which they began in 2020 and is expected to complete in 2022. Esther also has additional certifications in Change Management from the Acuity Institute, as well as certifications in Life Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy, and Time Line Therapy Techniques from various institutions.
