Harshad Bhujbal

Harshad Bhujbal started their work experience in 2010 as an Engineering Intern at Zeus Numerix. Harshad then worked as a Research Intern at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in 2011. After that, they joined ITC Limited in 2012 and held various roles including Assistant Manager, Projects and Manager, Strategy & Operational Excellence. From 2015 to 2017, they served as the Lead of Manufacturing Operations at ITC Limited. In 2018, they worked as an MBA Intern in Operations Strategy at General Mills. In 2019, they joined OLG as a Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy. Harshad later transitioned to Apotex Inc. in 2020 as the Manager of Global Operations Strategy before returning to OLG in 2022 as the Director of Corporate Strategy.

Harshad Bhujbal completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, which they completed from 2008 to 2012.
