Les Desouza

Les DeSouza has a diverse work experience across multiple companies. Les started working at Toronto Hydro in 1993 as a Field Technician and later became a Telecommunications Analyst. In 2001, they joined OLG and held various technology specialist and architect roles until 2018. At OLG, they also served as a Business Enablement Director and a Lottery Integration & Implementation Director. Currently, Les is the Director of Lottery Innovation & Integration at OLG.

Les DeSouza has studied Telecommunications Management and Application Development at Toronto Metropolitan University and Electrical Engineering at Georgian College.
