Tamarra Taylor has a diverse work experience in various companies. Tamarra started their career in 2005 as a Retail Analyst at Work Authority and worked there until 2009. Tamarra then joined Kodiak Group Holdings CO. as an IT Business Analyst in 2009 and later transitioned to the role of IT Project Manager, where they led a growth-related project for the implementation of an enterprise-wide POS system. Tamarra continued working in Kodiak Group Holdings CO. until 2013.
In 2013, Tamarra joined Stibo Systems and held multiple roles during their tenure. Tamarra started as a Project Manager, overseeing IT projects across Canada. Tamarra then grew into a managerial role as the Manager of Delivery Services, where they implemented new best practices and standards for project delivery and contributed to the launch of the Agile methodology. In their senior-most position as the Director of Delivery Enablement, Tamarra was responsible for restoring and stabilizing challenged software implementation projects, transitioning the company to Agile methodology, and modernizing Stibo Systems.
Most recently, Tamarra joined OLG in 2018. Tamarra initially served as the Director of Business Enablement, utilizing their deep knowledge in business relationship management to plan and manage Technology products and services. Tamarra then moved on to become the Director of Lottery Strategic Initiatives & Project Management, where they led strategic initiatives and projects related to the lottery. Currently, Tamarra holds the position of Senior Director of Lottery Strategy and Delivery, responsible for overseeing the strategy and delivery of lottery-related initiatives at OLG.
Tamarra Taylor has an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Development Studies from the University of Windsor. Tamarra also holds certifications in Change Management from Prosci Canada, ULC. (obtained in 2017) and Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance.
