Cesar Alfonso

Cesar Alfonso has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. CESAR started their career in 2003 as the Human Resources Manager at Andesia Quimicos Industriales S.A., where they led the department and coordinated the selection and recruitment process for various positions. CESAR then moved on to become the Human Resources Manager at SOS Empleados S.A., where they directed the HR activities and coordinated the selection and induction processes for both internal and external positions. Following this, Cesar worked as the Human Resources Chief at Carrefour Colombia, where they defined the role of the Human Resources Consultant and documented HR processes. CESAR also provided support in coordinating and directing the HR team. Later, they joined Heel Colombia in 2009 as an HR Analyst, responsible for coordinating the selection and recruitment process, as well as implementing and evaluating the Occupational Health and Social Welfare programs. Finally, Cesar worked as the Human Resources Director at Olgoonik Technical Services starting from 2012.

Cesar Alfonso attended Fundacion Universitaria Konrad Lorenz from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained a degree in Psychology.
