Steven F. Mangin

Steven F. Mangin is a seasoned civil engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at OLH Inc. since August 2021, Steven has previously worked as an Adjunct Instructor in Construction Engineering at School of PE and held project engineering positions at Civil Engineering Consulting Services, Inc., Osborn Engineering, Hill International, and the US Army Corps of Engineers. Steven's earlier experience includes working as a Transportation Engineer and Engineer Intern at the Ohio Department of Transportation. Steven holds a Master of Science (MS) in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Civil Engineering from Youngstown State University.
