The leadership team at Olist has a history of experience in data analytics, big data, Data Governance, and Data Science. They have also worked as coordinators and specialists of CRM/BI systems. Furthermore, the team has experience in entrepreneurship and marketing. The team is highly educated, with degrees from The Johns Hopkins University, COPPEAD UFRJ, Stanford University Graduate School of Business, FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and Universidade Federal do Paraná.
