Ishan Chhabra has a diverse range of work experience. Ishan is currently the Chief Mad Scientist (& Reluctant CEO) at Oliv AI, where they help startups grow rapidly using the world's first AI-assisted live sales playbook platform. This platform uses cutting-edge Natural Language Processing AI to update playbooks automatically based on the best conversations from all representatives.

Prior to Oliv AI, Ishan worked at Rocket Fuel Inc. from 2012 to 2017. Ishan held various roles including Director of Engineering, Senior Engineering Manager, Engineering Manager, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer.

Before their time at Rocket Fuel Inc., Ishan worked at Bell Laboratories. Ishan was a Research Assistant, where they focused on projects such as improving user similarity computation and enabling location privacy using a design similar to P3. Ishan also worked as a Summer Research Intern, collaborating on the design and development of a large distributed cloud-based system for P3, the privacy preserving personalization project.

Ishan also gained experience as a Summer Research Intern at Aston University. During this time, they researched visualizing web search results and experimented with phrase extraction techniques and dimensionality reduction algorithms to model search result documents.
