Dan Fitzpatrick has over 12 years of experience in customer success and account management roles. Dan began their career in 2008 as a Reseller Channel Marketing Intern at Intel Corporation. In 2010, they became a Campaign, Community and Account Manager at Rubber Republic. Dan then held an Account Manager (Contract) role at McCann in 2011 before transitioning to a Senior Digital Manager role at Saatchi & Saatchi. In 2017, they became a Customer Success Manager at Resource Guru. In 2018, they moved to Headspace Inc. as a Customer Success Lead, EMEA. In 2021, they joined Koa Health as a Customer Success Lead. Most recently, they are a Customer Success Lead at Oliva, a position they have held since 2022.
