Jack Dowdall has worked in various roles since 2019. In 2019, they were a Customer Service Representative at Mobility Rental Group, where they assisted customers through telephone, email and live chat platforms, efficiently dealing with 100-120 email contacts and 40+ calls per day. In 2021, they became a Product Specialist at PVH Corp.
