Erica Bowers

Erica Bowers is an accomplished General Manager with extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving at Oliva Restaurant Group since April 2022. Prior to this role, Erica held a General Manager position at Watchman's Seafood and Spirits from August 2019 to February 2022 and at Bhojanic from October 2013 to August 2019, where there was also experience as Catering Manager. Erica earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Psychology from Georgia State University.
