Erik Norsted

Partner, Chief Strategy Officer at Olive & Company

Erik Norsted began their career in 1999 as the Web and Promotions Coordinator for Milkweed Editions, where they coordinated the construction of Worldashome.org. In 2001, they took on the role of Interactive Designer at Adaytum, Inc. followed by Principle, Interactive Designer at Sensory Division in 2003. In 2004, they became the Art Director at Ascadia, where they developed and designed all brand and product materials. In 2006, they joined Olive & Company as Partner, Chief Strategy Officer, where they were responsible for identifying, developing, and guiding strategic growth initiatives. Erik also served as Vice President and Director of Digital Strategy and as Senior Interactive Designer and Art Director, designing and directing interactive projects for clients.

Erik Norsted attended St. Olaf College from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature.
