Alice Robson

Alice Robson has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Alice began their career at L'Oréal as a Management Intern, where they created and implemented a "Daily Capacity Planning Tool" for the Distribution Centre Operations Team. Alice then joined ECOM as an Account Executive, where they managed relationships with key clients and matched their needs with candidates for digital and integrated roles. After that, Alice worked at OgilvyOne Worldwide as a Resource Manager and later as an Operations Manager, where they provided visibility and analysis on resourcing and ensured high levels of productivity. Alice then joined FullSIX London as an Operations Manager, responsible for managing a team of digital experts. Currently, Alice is working at OLIVER Agency, where they have held various roles including Head of Resource Management, Head of Talent Success Management, and Global Head of Capacity Management. In their most recent role as UK Group Operations Director at OLIVER Agency, Alice continues to contribute their expertise and skills.

Alice Robson has a diverse education history. In 2005, they began their studies at Nottingham University Business School, where they pursued a BA Hons degree in Management Studies. Alice completed their undergraduate education in 2009.

Recently, in 2022, Alice attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). There, they focused on the digital transformation of HR through a program that granted their a certification in Digital Transformation in HR. This certification was obtained in November 2022.
