Anna Winch

Anna Winch has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Anna is currently the Operations Director at Ford within OLIVER Agency, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they were the Project Director at Unilever within the same agency from November 2020 to January 2022.

Before joining OLIVER Agency, Anna worked at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty as the Head of Creative Operations from December 2019 to October 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Creative Operations Manager from April 2019 to December 2019.

Anna also has experience in project and operations management at SHARE, where they held the position of Project & Operations Director from November 2015 to April 2019. Anna also worked as a Senior Project Manager at Sprinklr from August 2014 to October 2015.

In addition, Anna has a background in digital project management and traffic management. Anna worked at TBG Digital as a Digital Project Manager from August 2012 to August 2014 and as a Traffic Manager from August 2011 to August 2012.

Anna began their career in 2009, starting with roles at M+M Management as a Producer from November 2009 to August 2011, and at SHOWstudio as a Digital Intern from September 2009 to November 2009. Anna also worked as a Studio Assistant at Spring Studios from August 2009 to November 2009.

Anna Winch attended the University of Nottingham from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in American Studies & Film. Following this, they enrolled at Nottingham Trent University from 2008 to 2009 and completed a Master's degree in Photography.
