Gavin Mayo

Gavin Mayo has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Gavin started their career in 2005 as a Typesetter at Newsquest Media Group Ltd, where they were responsible for designing personal, business, and property adverts. In 2008, they joined BNY Mellon as a Desktop Publishing Deputy Supervisor, managing the department's workloads and overseeing production deadlines. Gavin then worked at Northern Trust Corporation as a Desktop Publishing Consultant, Officer, providing design and creative solutions for the financial sector. In 2017, they became a Presentation Team Lead at Williams Lea Tag, managing a creative presentation account for Baird investment bank. During this time, they also gained experience in team management and development. In 2020, Gavin joined Tag as an Account Director and later took on the role of Studio Manager, overseeing a design studio and acting as the Account Director for a large insurance client. Currently, they are working as the EMEA Presentation & Design Lead at OLIVER Agency. Overall, Gavin has demonstrated expertise in design, team management, and delivering creative solutions in different industry sectors.
