Kara Berry has a diverse work history in the creative industry. Kara started their career at Landor Associates as a Graphic Design Intern, where they gained experience in generating design ideas and assisting in client presentations. Kara then worked at Alexander McQueen as a Print Designer, contributing to the AW12 collection through digital and hand-drawn illustration. Kara later joined theAudience as a Mid-weight Designer, leading creative projects for global brands such as Cornetto, Nandos, and LUSH Cosmetics. At OgilvyOne Worldwide, they worked as a Designer/Art Director in their Content Studio, creating impactful social media campaigns. Kara also worked at Media Bounty Ltd as a Lead Designer/Art Director, collaborating on social and digital content for brands like Boots, Seventeen, and Bodyform. Kara then joined Unilever as a Global Communications Creative Director, supporting Keith Weed. Currently, Kara is an Art Director/Lead Creator at OLIVER Agency, where they lead concept development and creative projects for beauty and personal care brands.

Kara Berry completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Graphic Design from the University of the Arts London between the years 2009 and 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a Foundation degree in Art & Design at the same institution, from 2007 to 2008. Kara's earlier education was at Wells Cathedral School, where they studied from 1996 to 2006; however, the specific degree obtained or field of study pursued during this period is not provided.
