Katerina Kochkina

Katerina Kochkina has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Katerina started their career in 2011 as a Tutor at the British Higher School of Art and Design, where they worked until 2013. In 2012, they became an Art Director at [kAk) Magazine, where they were involved in the print layout of the first issue and developed and launched subsequent print issues. Katerina also played a role in developing a cross-media platform strategy for the magazine.

In 2009, Katerina joined ДизайнДепо as a Design Director, leading teams and managing projects for State and private clients. Katerina was responsible for overseeing the entire design process from client briefing to project delivery, while also providing hands-on work when needed. Katerina remained in this role until 2015.

From 2016 to 2016, Katerina worked on a project basis at Atelier Carvalho Bernau. In 2015, they joined Contrast Foundry (CoFo) as a Partner, where they were involved in developing project layouts, coordinating deliverables, and managing production risks. Katerina also designed information architecture, prototypes, and communication and visual strategies for projects.

Currently, Katerina works at OLIVER Agency, where they have held multiple roles since 2017. Katerina started as a Lead Creator/Senior Art Director and later transitioned to the role of Senior Art Director/Lead Creator. Their responsibilities in these roles include leading creative projects and teams, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery, and providing art direction.

Overall, Katerina Kochkina has a strong background in art direction, design management, and project coordination, with experience in both print and digital media.

Katerina Kochkina holds a Master's degree in Design and Applied Arts from the Royal Academy of Art, The Hague | Koninklijke Academie van Beeldende Kunsten (KABK), which they completed from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) between 2004 and 2009. In addition, they have obtained a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SP17) certification from Salesforce in April 2017.
