Robert Waddilove has a diverse work experience spanning various creative roles and companies. Robert started their career at LOKI TV as an Editor from October 2003 to August 2007. Robert then joined Tin Pan Films as an Assistant Producer from February 2007 to August 2007, where they assisted in delivering a feature film. In 2007, they worked as a Freelance Editor, Creative, and Producer at Wand, where they successfully produced a viral video that gained significant media coverage.

In 2008, Waddilove joined Google Creative Lab EMEA as a Freelance Editor/Producer until April 2010. Robert later moved to Across the Pond, where they held multiple roles. From June 2008 to December 2010, they set up and managed a new in-house video agency at Google's London office. Then, from January 2013 to December 2016, they served as the Creative & Strategy Lead and Company Director. Subsequently, they became the Director of Creative & Strategy and Company Director from January 2017 to May 2018.

In 2018, Waddilove joined Adjust Your Set as a Creative Director. Robert worked on various clients, including Barclaycard, Facebook, and Hertz. Robert'ssuccess with Hertz led to the establishment of ENGINE, a 30-person in-house agency, where they oversaw the creative team's hiring and development. Robert remained with Adjust Your Set until August 2020.

Since September 2020, Waddilove has been working at OLIVER Agency as the Global Creative Director for adidas. Robert leads creative work and teams in multiple locations and focuses on building and driving creative initiatives.
