Ross Hawkes has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ross started their career as a Marketing Manager at Sherman Cymru in 2009, where they were responsible for planning and implementing campaigns for events and managing marketing campaigns for touring productions. In 2010, they worked as a Ticketing Supervisor at the Gilded Balloon - Edinburgh Fringe Festival, overseeing ticketing operations and managing a team of staff. Ross then moved on to serve as a Ticketing Manager at the Adelaide Fringe and Melbourne International Comedy Festival.
