CRM Data Strategy Director at OLIVER

Sanj Badhan has extensive experience in CRM and marketing roles. In 2006, they started as an Assistant Direct Marketing Manager at Affinion International, where they managed customer communications for various clients. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Marketing Manager at British Gas, overseeing marketing strategy and campaign execution. At Tesco Mobile, from 2010 to 2011, they served as a Revenue & Retention Manager, focusing on customer loyalty and revenue stimulation. From 2011 to 2015, at Three, they held the role of Growth & Retention Manager, specifically for the PAYG segment. At EE, from 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Senior Customer Marketing Manager, leading a team to improve customer loyalty and revenue growth. They then moved to TransferGo in 2017 as the Head of CRM, responsible for global CRM strategy and building a CRM team. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a CRM Contractor at Badhan Partnership Ltd. They then joined McArthurGlen Group from 2019 to 2021 as the Group CRM Head, where they created a CRM function and implemented customer-led marketing approaches. Currently, they are a Director of ECRM at Landsec since 2021, leading the development of a world-leading CRM program that revolutionizes CRM and marketing. In 2023, they will join OLIVER Agency as the CRM Data Strategy Director.

Sanj Badhan completed a BA (Hons) degree in Marketing from the University of Westminster from 1998 to 2001. Following that, in 2001 to 2003, they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing. In 2011 to 2012, Sanj attended the Oxford College of Marketing to pursue a CAM Mobile Marketing Diploma. They have also acquired additional certifications, including Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator from Salesforce in June 2023 and Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist from Salesforce in July 2021.
