Thessalonika Noviana has worked in various roles within the marketing and social media industry. In 2016, they were part of the operations team at Traveloka. In 2017, they worked as a Marketing Public Relations Officer at AK Media & Management. From 2019 to 2022, they had multiple roles at BBDO Indonesia, including Digital Account Strategist and Digital Content Executive. In 2019, they also worked as a Freelance Social Media professional. Currently, they hold the position of Social Media Manager at OLIVER Agency, starting in 2022.

Thessalonika Noviana completed their education from 2014 to 2018 at Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2014, they studied at SMK Tarakanita and obtained their High School diploma in Management Business.

In addition to their formal education, Thessalonika has acquired several certifications. In August 2021, they obtained the "Snapchat Advertising Essentials" certification from Snap Inc. In March 2021, they completed the "Social Media 101: How to Analyze and Track Your Social Media Report" certification from Glints. In July 2018, they received the "Personal Branding" certification from John Robert Powers. In August 2016, they were acknowledged and appreciated for their participation in the Traveloka Internship Program. In June 2014, they obtained the "Certificate of Achievement: High-Intermediate Levels" from LBPP Lia, and in March 2014, they completed "The English Program" certification from Ultimate Learning Institute. Lastly, in September 2011, they received the "Pendidikan Kewirausahaan dan Pelatihan Dunia Usaha/Industri" certification from PT. Karya Mitra Cemerlang.
