Zoe Bullock has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Zoe started their career in 2005 as a National HR Administrator at McDonald's Europe Ltd. Zoe then progressed to become an HR Team Leader at House of Fraser from 2007 to 2009. Zoe joined Dorothy Perkins, Arcadia Ltd in 2010 as an HR Assistant and later took on the role of HR Officer. Zoe worked there until 2014 when they moved to Oliver Bonas. At Oliver Bonas, Zoe held various positions, starting as a Recruitment and HR Assistant in 2014, then becoming a Retail HR Partner, Retail HR Manager, and eventually a Senior People Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of People at Oliver Bonas, starting in September 2021.
Zoe Bullock began their education in 2003 at the University of Portsmouth, where they pursued a degree in HR with Psychology. Zoe successfully completed their studies in 2007, earning a First-class degree. In 2018, Zoe furthered their education by enrolling in CIPD Qualifications. Zoe completed their Level 7 program in 2019.
