Jim Hoover is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in estimating and project management. Since April 1999, Jim Hoover has served as the Chief Estimator at Oliver Construction Co., where responsibilities include coordinating project bidding, preparing conceptual budgets, and conducting value engineering.
