Richard Brady

Richard Brady is a Technology Manager at Oliver-Tolas Healthcare Packaging since June 2010, focusing on research and development in heat seal technology for healthcare packaging. Prior experience includes a position as a Research Scientist at HERCULES/ASHLAND RESEARCH CENTER from January 1989 to January 2009, where Richard developed formaldehyde-free wood adhesives for particleboard and plywood. Earlier, Richard served as a Research Assistant at the University of Massachusetts from January 1984 to January 1989, conducting thesis work on interfacial adsorption and crystallization in fiber-reinforced thermoplastic-matrix composites. Richard Brady holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University and a Ph.D. in Polymer Science and Engineering from the University of Massachusetts.
