Chiara Fangareggi

Chiara Fangareggi has a diverse work experience in the fields of digital marketing, sales, and change management. Chiara currently holds the position of Associate Director at Oliver James, where they specialize in mid-management to top management searches across different industries. Chiara has expertise in areas such as web analytics management, performance marketing management, eCommerce management, digital product design, communication management, omnichannel management, customer experience management, event management, sales, and business development. Prior to their role as Associate Director, they held various managerial and consultancy positions at Oliver James, demonstrating their growth within the company. Before joining Oliver James, Chiara worked as an Assistant Production Supervisor at Superstudio Events and as a Tirocinante at TRIBUNALE DI MILANO.

Chiara Fangareggi completed their Master OP in Organizzazione e Personale at Università Bocconi in 2018. Chiara pursued a degree in Gestione e servizi risorse umane during this time. Prior to their master's degree, they studied at Università degli Studi di Milano from 2010 to 2016, where they obtained a Laurea Magistrale LM in Giurisprudenza. Their area of specialization during their undergraduate studies was in Giurisprudenza. Additionally, in 2014, Chiara Fangareggi briefly attended Universidad de Oviedo, studying Derecho. However, they did not pursue a specific degree during their time at this institution.
