David Hughes

David Hughes is an experienced professional in talent development and people performance, currently serving as Head of Talent Development at Oliver James since April 2021. Prior to this role, David held various positions at Huxley from April 2015 to April 2021, including Regional Head Of People & Performance and Lead People & Performance Partner, and managed the Life Sciences Contract Division. David's earlier experience at Reed Screening from July 2012 to March 2015 involved leading the referencing team and overseeing the onboarding and vetting processes for permanent staff. David attained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Politics from The University of Salford.
