Max Heath has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Max is currently the Head of Data Science Recruitment at Oliver James, where they are responsible for building business relationships, providing certifications, and developing growth strategies. Prior to that, they worked as a Managing Consultant at Oliver James, focusing on technology recruitment. Max also hosts The Expert-Ease Podcast, where they interview industry thought leaders. Max has held executive positions as the CEO of DIME Recruitment, a transport and logistics staffing company, and Metric Clothing Ltd, an athleisure apparel brand. Max has also worked at Franklin Fitch, Right Time Recruitment, Penta Consulting, and BMB Clothing Limited in various roles related to recruitment, sales, and data engineering. Max started their career as a Sales Assistant at Croydon Village Outlet and a Sales Advisor at SOS Rehydrate.

Max Heath attended Wallington County Grammar School from 2008 to 2015, where they obtained a degree in Mathematics with a field of study in Physics. Max also holds several additional certifications, including a Data Engineering Foundations certification from IBM obtained in April 2023.
