Oliver Lee-Stevens

Oliver Lee-Stevens has a diverse and extensive work experience. Oliver started their career in 2012 as a Senior Sales Consultant at Clarks and held this position until 2015. In 2015, they joined Ted Baker as part of their graduate scheme, where they worked on various projects alongside Directors and Vice Presidents.

In 2016, Oliver joined Eutopia Solutions as a Cloud and Data Recruiter, where they focused on infrastructure and DevOps practices. Oliver later became a Senior Cloud and Data Technical Recruiter, leading the recruitment efforts for Google, AWS, SQL, Oracle, and SAP.

In 2018, Oliver moved to Deltek and took on the role of Head of Recruitment for the EMEA region. Oliver was responsible for full life cycle recruitment across various locations and collaborated with global directors and managers. Oliver also worked as a Recruitment Manager during this time.

In 2020, Oliver joined Pythian as an Executive Consultant, specializing in cloud, data, and security services. Oliver provided customized solutions for data challenges and managed services for clients.

Most recently, Oliver worked at Rackspace Technology as a Director, leading cloud, data, and security consultancy projects in the Middle East and Africa. Oliver also played a significant role in Google Cloud sales in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

In 2023, Oliver founded their own company, Oliver Peters, where they currently serve as the Founder and Executive Search Consultant for the EMEA region, focusing on permanent and interim placements.

Oliver Lee-Stevens completed their Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Management with Marketing at Solent University from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they studied Business Management at Cambridge Regional College from 2010 to 2012. In 2020, they obtained a certification in Diversity Recruiting from LinkedIn.
