Douglas Haar

Douglas Haar possesses extensive experience in talent management and professional development, highlighted by a tenure at Oliver Wyman from November 2010 to September 2021 as Director of Partner Talent Management and Director of Culture Engagement for the Americas. Prior to this, Douglas held various roles at McKinsey & Company from January 1998 to January 2009, including Head of Talent Management for the Health & Life Sciences Practice, where leadership in professional development initiatives for over 240 consultants was emphasized. Earlier career roles included Manager of Professional Development and Engagement Manager within McKinsey, with a focus on staffing and consulting for Fortune 500 companies. Douglas's career began in government service as a Legislative Analyst at the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services and as a Special Assistant in the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development. Douglas earned a BA in Political Science from Duke University and an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
