Dr. Thomas Fritz

Dr. Thomas Fritz is a seasoned professional in climate and sustainability, currently serving as the Head of Climate & Sustainability for Europe at Oliver Wyman since February 2014. In addition to this role, Dr. Fritz is a member of the Global Leadership Team for Energy & Natural Resources and holds the position of Partner, reflecting significant leadership responsibilities within the firm. Previously, Dr. Fritz co-led the Climate & Sustainability division in Europe and served as COO for Germany and Austria, as well as Office Head in Düsseldorf. Before joining Oliver Wyman, Dr. Fritz worked as a Principal at Roland Berger from July 2008 to January 2014, and held roles as a Research Associate and Program Coordinator for the Executive MBA in European Utility Management at Jacobs University Bremen from July 2004 to June 2008. Dr. Fritz earned a doctorate in Management from Jacobs University Bremen and a Diplom Kaufmann in Business Sciences from Justus Liebig University Giessen.
