Jeff Pauls

Jeff Pauls is an experienced professional in the aviation industry, currently serving as a Partner at SeaTec Consulting Inc. since June 2022. Jeff's career at SeaTec began in September 2016, with roles including Managing Director of Tech Services and VP Engineering and Tech Services. Prior to this, Jeff worked at Delta Air Lines in various managerial capacities, focusing on Delta Connection performance and engineering services, including a notable role as Manager of Engineering Services, where a Reliability Program was developed. Jeff's extensive background also includes significant positions at Northwest Airlines, where responsibilities included managing scheduled maintenance and overseeing safety and engineering budgets. Jeff holds a Master’s degree in International Management from the University of St. Thomas, supplemented by a Mini Masters in Project Management and a Bachelor of Science in Aero Manufacturing Engineering from North Dakota State University, along with an FAA A&P license.
