Katya Mitskevich is a seasoned professional in digital and financial services with extensive experience in strategy development and innovation management across various high-profile organizations. Currently serving as Principal at Oliver Wyman since August 2022, Katya supports international financial institutions and corporations in areas such as business strategy revision, fintech market analysis, and governance. Previous roles include Head of Strategy, Change Management and Innovation at Home Credit Russia, where Katya established a new team and launched multiple cross-functional initiatives, and Product Innovation Manager at Otkritie, overseeing innovative pilot projects with substantial financial impacts. Katya’s academic background includes an MSc in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford and a BSc in Economics from both LSE and Higher School of Economics.
