Juan Luis García Chávez is an experienced software development professional with a strong background in Java and web applications. Currently serving as a Team Lead at Improving since May 2021, Juan previously held positions as a Senior Java Developer at Integrass and a Senior Java Fullstack Developer at UST Global. With early career experience as a Developer at Sistemas Premium, S.A. de C.V., Juan has consistently focused on developing front-end and back-end web applications in J2EE, emphasizing high availability, usability, scalability, and code reuse. Juan is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence at Tecnológico de Monterrey, building on a foundational degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de León.
