Miguel Mateus

Miguel Mateus is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in management consulting and strategic leadership. Currently serving as a Partner at Oliver Wyman since February 2023, Miguel previously held multiple roles at Izicap, including COO, cofounder, and Board Member from March 2015 to February 2023. Miguel's earlier experience includes a position as Strategic Planning Director at Sanofi and CEO and Founder of Otimizar Consultoria. Miguel has also contributed significantly to Oliver Wyman as a Partner from 2007 to 2010 and as a Senior Associate and Associate Partner at Mercer Management Consulting from 2000 to 2008. Educationally, Miguel holds advanced degrees in Biotechnology Management, Business Administration, Operations Research, and Electrical Engineering from renowned institutions.
