Rachel O'Gara

Rachel O'Gara is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the Financial Services sector, currently serving as a Business Impact Manager and Chief of Staff at Oliver Wyman since November 2015. In this role, Rachel supports Insurance and Asset Management as well as Corporate and Institutional Banking practices, while previously partnering with a Managing Partner to drive strategy and oversee a team of over 300 professionals. Prior to Oliver Wyman, Rachel contributed to Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. in various capacities within M&A and Corporate Legal Services from June 2010 to November 2015, focusing on global transactions and regulatory compliance. Rachel's career began in accounting roles at Live Nation Entertainment and Broadcast Music, Inc., and education credentials include an MBA in Public Accountancy from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a BA in Communication and Media Studies from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
