Tanya Sharma

Tanya Sharma is a Consultant at Oliver Wyman since September 2023, having previously worked as a Research Assistant in Development Economics at Yale University, where research focused on women's political participation and agency. Tanya has held multiple roles at Yale-NUS College, including Writing Peer Tutor and President of the Yale-NUS Consulting Group, leading projects on financial literacy and social impact initiatives. Tanya has experience in research and consulting with ACCESS Health International and Myna Mahila Foundation, contributing to impactful projects in digital health insurance and women's health advocacy. Tanya earned a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Yale-NUS College, complemented by a visiting program at Yale University and an International Baccalaureate diploma from Dhirubhai Ambani International School.
