KayDee Perry, Ed.D. has a diverse work experience in the education field. KayDee began their career at Englewood Public School District as a High School Math teacher from 2005 to 2007. KayDee then moved to Mount Paran Christian School where they worked as a Middle School Teacher from 2007 to 2008. After that, they joined Holt Public Schools as a Teacher from 2008 to 2012. In 2012, they started working at The University of Olivet, where they held various positions including Assistant Professor in Health and Human Performance, Director of Academic Mentoring and Advising, President of the Faculty Senate, Director of the Teaching Pathway, Chair of the Health & Human Performance Department, and Special Assistant to the Provost, Retention and Student Success. KayDee is currently serving as the Title III Grant Project Director and Associate Provost for Student Development at the university.

KayDee Perry, Ed.D., completed their Doctor of Education (EdD) in Organizational Leadership - Higher Education from Grand Canyon University in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Masters degree in Adapted Physical Education from Western Michigan University in 2012. In 2008, KayDee earned their M.Ed. in Education Administration from Grand Canyon University. KayDee began their education journey by earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Math Education from Western Michigan University in 2003. Additionally, in 2014, they obtained the Michigan Professional Teacher Certification from the Michigan Department of Education.
