Taha Sheikh

Taha Sheikh has a diverse work experience that includes roles in various industries. Taha started their career as an Engineering Intern at Pakistan International Airlines in 2018, where they gained practical experience in the field. In 2019, Taha worked as an Engineering Intern at ARTEM ENERJİ LTD.ŞTI., where they assisted with cost estimations and learned to optimize clerical tasks. Taha also designed AutoCAD project models for the Research & Development Department.

In 2020, Taha joined Insider. as a Technical Support Specialist. Taha played a crucial role in improving the client panel usability during their Onboarding phase and prepared Customer Experience Audit reports for Customer Success Managers. Later, they were promoted to the position of Senior Technical Support Consultant | Kanban Master. In this role, Taha managed the internal project management funnel and ensured the successful implementation of agile methodologies within the Technical Support departments.

Currently, Taha is working at Ollang as a Technical Support & Quality Assurance Engineer. Taha joined the company in 2023 and is responsible for providing technical support and ensuring quality assurance.

Taha Sheikh obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bilkent University, where they studied from 2015 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their A'levels in Pre-Engineering at The City School PAF Chapter from 2013 to 2015. Taha also obtained various certifications including "Build Your First Web Pages With HTML and CSS" from OpenClassrooms in February 2022, "Apple Search Ads" from Apple in July 2021, and "Introduction to Programming Using HTML and CSS" from Insider in July 2021. In addition to these, they obtained their A levels certification from Cambridge Assessment International Education in August 2015, and their O levels certification from the same institution in August 2013.
