Rafael Castellanos has a diverse work experience in various roles within the food industry. Rafael began their career in 2008 as an Industrial Engineer at Now de Venezuela. Rafael then worked as a Production Supervisor at Wing's Food Products in 2012. From 2012 to 2015, they served as the General Manager at Jeanie Marshal Foods. In 2016, they worked as a Plant Manager at EZ FOOD GROUP. Rafael then moved on to become a Plant Manager at Sweets From the Earth from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at Olli Brands Inc.

Rafael Castellanos has a diverse education history. In 2013, they obtained a degree in Intermedia HACCP from SAI GLOBAL, specializing in Food Science.
