Ben Devey is currently the Senior Director of Customer Experience at Ollie since December 2021. Prior to this role, Ben was the Director of Customer Experience at Support Driven, a community focused on transforming the Customer Support Industry. Before that, Ben held the position of Director of Customer & Employee Experience at KURU Footwear, where Ben managed the contact center and was responsible for all people management and Voice of Customer initiatives. Ben also has experience as a Team Leader at Discover Financial Services, where Ben guided a team to become the top-performing team in the department. With a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Utah, Ben has a strong background in customer experience and sales management.
