Emily Purcell is an experienced copywriting professional with a strong background in various writing and editorial roles. Currently serving as Associate Director of Copy at Ollie since May 2019, Emily has progressed through positions including Senior Copywriter and Copywriter. Prior experience includes Lead UX Copywriter at Talent Inc., and roles at Squarespace, where responsibilities spanned from Marketing Copywriter to Quality Assurance Specialist. Emily also contributed as a Copywriter at Kate Spade Saturday and has held multiple writing and editorial positions at Parks By Nature Network, Celebrations.com, 1800flowers.com, Alloy Media + Marketing, and BUST Magazine. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a focus on Creative Writing from Hunter College and attended St. Bonaventure University for higher education.
