James Comitale

James Comitale has extensive work experience in the legal field. James is currently employed at Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Inc. as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary. Prior to this, they held various roles at RITE AID, including Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary; Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary; Vice President, Assistant General Counsel, Secretary, and Assistant Secretary; Senior Associate Counsel; and Associate Corporate Counsel. Before joining RITE AID, they worked as an Associate Attorney at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, P.C. and Liebert Short & Hirshland.

James Comitale attended La Salle University from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. James then went on to pursue a Doctor of Law - JD degree at Penn State Law and Penn State Dickinson Law from 1987 to 1990.
