Kelly Martin

Kelly Martin is a seasoned legal professional specializing in real estate law. Currently serving as Corporate Counsel for Real Estate at Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Inc. since February 2022, Kelly previously held the position of Real Estate Associate Attorney at Troutman Pepper from February 2019 to February 2022, where work was conducted under both Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders LLP and Pepper Hamilton LLP. Prior experience includes a role as Real Estate Associate Attorney at McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC from September 2015 to January 2019. Kelly holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from William & Mary Law School, obtained in 2015, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Anthropology and English from Penn State University, completed in 2011.
