Tirza Shreiber

Tirza Shreiber has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership positions. Tirza most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Ollie's Bargain Outlet, Inc. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Vice President Global Human Resources at Marc Jacobs. Tirza also worked as the Vice President Human Resources at IT Cosmetics /LOREAL and as the Executive Director/Head of Human Resources at IT Cosmetics. Earlier in their career, they held various positions at Gap Inc./Gap, including Director of Field Human Resources and Flagship HR Manager at BANANA REPUBLIC LLC. Throughout their career, Tirza has shown a strong expertise in talent acquisition, training and development, organization design, and overall management of HR policies and practices.

Tirza Shreiber holds a Masters degree in Clinical/Medical Social Work from New York University. Tirza also completed their Bachelor's degree in Spanish and Theatre at the University at Albany, SUNY. Additionally, they have attended the Bronx High School of Science. Tirza has obtained a certification in PHR.
