Prior to their current role, John held various positions at companies such as 2nd Watch, Amazon Web Services, and Savvis. With experience ranging from data center management to incident response, John has a solid foundation in the IT industry. John holds degrees from Ranken Technical College, Lewis and Clark Community College, and Southern Illinois University.
