The QA Team ensures flawless website launches by conducting comprehensive reviews of content, design, and functionality. Their attention to detail and effective communication foster collaboration with departments to achieve optimal user experiences. With a commitment to quality and continuous improvement, they identify and correct errors while providing valuable feedback. Prioritizing excellence, the QA Team plays a vital role in delivering successful final products for clients.
The Quality Analyst is the final set of eyes reviewing a client's website before the website goes live. They will review websites for content, design, and functionality, and correct and record errors whenever they occur. They will also provide feedback and report on errors to each department head as needed.
The ideal person for this role has superb attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The Quality Analyst team communicates with all departments that work on developing client websites to ensure successful final deliverables and an optimal user experience. Familiarity with digital marketing is preferred, but we can train the right candidate.
Provide quality assurance testing for new and existing client websites, including
Making appropriate and relevant amends.
Communicate with management & cross-functional stakeholders by reporting bugs and inconsistencies in the content, design or user experience, to show trends, gaps, and successes in maintenance processes.
Provide support and ideas to improve cross-functional development processes and help mitigate errors and inconsistencies.
