Claudia Tamer is an Associate Formulation Scientist at Grove Collaborative since May 2022, where responsibilities include drafting innovative formulas across various categories, optimizing formulations for cost and efficacy, conducting stability testing, and creating safety documentation. Prior to this role, Claudia worked as a Jr. R&D Chemist at Allure Labs, Inc., formulating over 100 personal care and cosmetic products and coordinating testing processes. Claudia's experience also includes a STEM internship at Dr. Elsa Jungman, where work involved drafting protocols and assisting with marketing initiatives. Additionally, Claudia founded and presided over the MENA Club at the University of San Francisco, successfully recruiting members and organizing events. Claudia holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of San Francisco.
